Following Agna and Chaturmas Niyams

There was a prasang where this Raja told his sons that whoever jumps into this pool and comes out dry will be my successor, so all the sons started talking to each other and thinking what kind of a request is that- who could possibly jump into a pool of water and still come out dry? Still, one of his sons pulled up his courage and went and jumped into the pool, he didn’t come out dry, so he jumped into the pool again, and again and again. The Raja saw his son doing this for atleast ten times, and then stopped him, he hugged him and told him that he is the successor of his throne. But the other smart-aleck sons then questioned their father-“but he didn’t even come out dry!”, the Raja then replied “He followed my agna, it does not matter that he didn’t come out dry, but the important thing is that he tried”. Thus even though some agna given by Bapa at first seem ridiculous or unattainable, we should strive to follow them because in the end it will make him happy and if he’s happy then Bhagwan is happy!

Saying this, Chaturmas is a time in which we all take extra observances, Maharaj has written in the shikshaptri that it can be things like doing an extra 5 malas, extra pradakshinas or maybe giving up watching TV and movies...
So from this lets think of atleast one new niyam we can take for Chaturmas
Ive decided to read 5 swami ni vato everyday and write one page of the 'Swaminarayan Mantra"
What are the rest of the kishoris thoughts for this?
Jai swaminarayan
